He was predeceased by: his father Albert Lee Cook; and his grandparents, Grace Robinson, Albert and Anna Cook. He is survived by: his mother Frances Willoughby Cook; his sisters, Rebecca Henson (Mark), Rowena Cook and Carolyn Penny; his stepson Andy Penny; and his nieces and nephews, Anna Hurst, Rylee Lovins, Laura Henson, Ryan and Sean Henson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other family and friends.
