He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Perry F. and Mary E. Seal (Strohmier). He is survived by: his children, Perry F. Seal III (Lauren) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Hilary Dippel (Dustin) of San Francisco, California; his grandchildren, Leah Seal, Colbie Seal and Camden Dippel; and his siblings, Carol S. Hildebrand (Art) of Batesville, Indiana and John E. Seal of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also survived by four nieces & nephews.
