He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Powers and Marabelle Powers (Underwood); and his sister Penny Pickering (Powers). He is survived by: his close friend Julie Valentine; his children, William Patrick Powers (Danielle), Josh Powers, Stephanie Powers and Leslea Johnson; his siblings, Lisa Gleissner and Rick Powers; and his close friend Steve Romine. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
