It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Lee (England) Gemienhardt (Fairfield, Ohio), born in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Pat was born in Ashtabula, Ohio, where her family owned two A&P stores. She spent many happy hours in the stores helping her Dad. She also enjoyed spending time at Indian Lake where her family had property.

Pat moved to Columbus and worked at The Ohio State University. She worked in the advanced admissions office where she counseled and advised students.

Pat was a Corelli model in Columbus, Ohio, where she did fashion modeling for many years. She also did freelance modeling in many other cities across the United States and Europe.

Pat was quick witted and enjoyed her friends and dining out. Always a fashion plate, Pat dressed to the nines and always looked beautiful.

Preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Garnet England and husband, Lloyd Gemienhardt.

Survived by her twin daughters Kimber Sweitzer and Kristy Gemienhardt; Granddaughters Kalia (Nathan Eick) and Kortney Sweitzer (Braxton Jenkins); Great-Grandson Kohen; Best Friend, Jan Widdows; Beloved Caregivers Teresa Wharton and Heather Latorre.
