He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville W. Sullivan and Nellie May Sullivan (Mercer); his former wives, Ruth A. Sullivan and Dianne E. Sullivan; his son Ronald Sullivan; his granddaughter Shannon Graham; his daughter-in-law Donna Sullivan; and his sisters, Ivana Trout, Irene Dearinger and Lois Stoneburner.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Kirkpatrick of Lancaster, Terry Sullivan (Patti) of Lancaster, Dawn Greulich (Claude) of Zanesville and David Sullivan of Newark; and his daughter-in-law Pamela Sue Sullivan. He is also survived by his eighteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
