She was predeceased by: her husband Howard C. Broom; her stepson Daniel Broom; and her siblings, Eileen Thomas, Eleanor Lockwood, Max, Robert, Dick and Henry.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Martha van (Koen), Karen Broom, Michael Broom (Andrea) and Joseph Broom; and her brother William Kuykendall. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
