She is survived by: her parents, Ted Eichenlaub (Terrie) and Stephanie Lamperski (Helton); her husband Jeff Collinsworth; her daughters, Alyssa and Millie; her stepchildren, Lydia, Abby, Haylee and Brayden; her siblings, Michael, Derek, Brandon, Brittany and Chelsea; her grandparents, Larry and Peggy; her great-grandparent Mona; and her nephew Nolan. She is also survived by uncles; aunts; numerous cousins and friends.
