He is survived by: his parents, Don Hodge and Kennetta Tobergta Hodge; his brother David Wayne Hodge; his fiancée Mary Carter; his nieces, Sydney and Leslie Hodge; and also, Colette Sester and Rose Kinzer. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
