She was predeceased by: her husband Richard C. Bailey; her parents, Elmer Duncan and Lena Duncan; and her brothers, Jim, Jerry, Dale and Ric Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Heater (Tom) of Lancaster, Jodi Grey (Gil) of Smithville, Tennessee, Craig Bailey (Peggy) of Pickerington and Richard Keith Bailey; and her siblings, Wayne Duncan (Jan) of Florida and Ruth Bailey of South Carolina. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
