He was predeceased by: his parents, Estill Smith and Gracie Smith; his wife Jeanette Smith; his brother Basil Smith; and also, Bill Mallard and Pamela Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Smith (Kimberly) and Doug Smith (Anita); his siblings, Glen Smith and Fern Mallard-Daniel (Cecil); his grandchildren, Brandon, Shaun, Spencer and Brooke; and his sister-in-law Jewell Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
