She is survived by: her children, Theresa Muench, Kia Chappelow and Randy Chappelow (Angie); her pet Nevaeh; her siblings, Audrey Boettcher (Dave) and Stanley Phillips; and her grandchildren, Ian (Lauren), Tara Gosmeyer, Carissa Brock, Alex Chappelow, Adam Goldberg, Aaron Chappelow (Chastity), Ethan Chappelow (Alysha), Nathan, Austin Chappelow, Jayden Parker (Sam) and Kaylin Chappelow. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 12 nieces and nephews.
