He is survived by: his parent David Lee Padgett of Fairfield; his siblings, Barbara Nicole Padgett (Amanda Howenstine) of Columbus and Michael David Padgett (Kara Sweeney) of Los Angeles; his nephew Finnegan David Padgett; his aunt Ruth Ann Lahey (David) of Cincinnati; and his uncle John Edward Seal, Jr. of Cleves.
