He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter J. Shock, Betty Shock and Patricia Burnett. He is survived by: his parents, Todd Burnett and Diana Burnett (Shock); and his siblings, Dylan Burnett and Danielle Burnett. He is also survived by other loving uncles, aunts, and cousins.
