He is survived by: his children, Joe Woods, Jr. (Melinda), Jason Woods and Mindy Woods; and his siblings, Mark Woods (Mary), Chris Martin (Don) and Patricia Webb (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home, 405 N. Columbus Street, Lancaster, OH 43130 to assist with funeral expenses.
