We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2024, at the age of 69, John Victor Belanger of Fairfield, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John L Belanger (John) and Charlotte M. Belanger; his sons, Kevin Belanger and McKinley Hobbs; his sister Jill Lippert; his grandparents, Roland and Lauretta Kaper (Dohme); his uncle Troy; and his aunt Ruth Kaper.
He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Ramirez; his sisters, Charlotte Adams and Pamela Van Nostrand; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Belanger (Anita Belanger); and his grandchildren, John Wesley Belanger, Sean Belanger, Joshua Ramirez, Nick Ramirez and Isabella Belanger. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and numerous close caregivers.
