He is survived by: his children, Tammie Eads (Michael) and John Frazier (Shauna); his grandchildren, Josh Eads (Tiffany), Brigitte Gray (Jason), Carlos Frazier (RaJeana) and Vanessa Bailey (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Austin Eads, Jacob Eads, Cora Eads, Jojo Gray, Avery Gray, Chloe Frazier, Zane Frazier, Logan Bailey, Lily Bailey, Lindsey Bailey, Lilah Bailey and Liam Bailey.
