He was predeceased by: his wife Kay; his daughter Barbara Thibodeaux; and his great grandchild Landon Hamblin. He is survived by: his granddaughter Caregiver Strickland; his parents, Thomas Blevins and Della Mae Blevins; his children, Cathy Gray (Randy), Doug Blevins, Nancy Coombes, Debbie Marcum and Lynda Hamblin; his granddaughter Nicki Strickland; and also Nicki Strickland. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
