He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Adams (Anthony); his sons, John Adams (Jonda) and Travis Adams (Amanda); his stepson Justin Goffena (Sherry); his grandchildren, Gabby, Averie, Hunter, Logan, Adam, Autumn, Grant, Audrey, Nora, Chloe and Amelia; his siblings, Kenney Adams (Theresa), Pamela Pratt and Ed Fitzgerald; and his close friend Johnny Gueli.
