She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mae Balak and Lloyd R. Mitchell; and her husband Alfred. She is survived by: her daughters, Marcy Adams (Delmar) and Marla Sparks (James); her grandson Andy Sparks (Allyson) of Matthew Sparks; her great grandchildren, Jared, Jacob and Emma Wallace; and her brothers, Walter Mitchell and Richard Balak (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
