With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel D. Stout (Fairfield, Ohio), born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on December 17, 2019 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Stout and Geraldine Stout (Tyra); his wife Elizabeth Reed; his children, Joe and Stephanie Stout; his parents-in-law, Lawrence Reed and Patricia Watson; and his siblings, Paulette Seals, Barbara Vaughn and Mark Stout. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
