He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Bowen and Frances Bowen; his wife Tina Bowen; his children, Cliffton Bowen (Shelly) and Julie A. Bowen; and his siblings, Jimmy Bowen (Sherri) and Connie Bowen (Philip). He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; many nieces and nephews; family; and a host of friends.
