He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Elizabeth Marie; and his brother Richard Scott. He is survived by: his wife Joann Shollenbarger; his children, Angela Balent (Jamie), Jamie Hingsbergen and Skyler Shollenbarger (Dyani); his grandchildren, Hunter, Drake, Raven, Will, Ella, Kyla and Anwen; and his brothers, James (Linda) and David Shollenbarger (Artha). He is also survived by his family and friends.
