We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021, at the age of 83, Janet Couch of Fairfield, Ohio, born in London, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Watkins and Violet Watkins; and her husband Neil Couch. She is survived by: her children, Doug Couch (Kim), James Couch (Tracy) and Peggy Rizor (Vince); her grandchildren, Angie MacDonald (Nick), Matt Couch (Ashley), Karen Wisnewski and Michele Hickerson (Mike); her great grandchildren, Lily, Leela, Levi, Everett, Hana, Brody, Addy and Ellie; and her siblings, James Watkins and Carol House-Dunn.
