James Vander Meer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Vander Meer (Fairfield, Ohio), who passed away on May 28, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his niece Atea Savage; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Vander Meer (Grosenheider) and Michael Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Vander Meer (Minard); his daughters, Julie Joehlin (Scott), Sarah Peefer (Steve) and Jane Weiler (Brian); his grandchildren, Andrew, Jason, Adam (Joehlin), Ben, Lilly (Peefer) and Colin (Weiler); and his siblings, Peter (Laura), Mary Conry (Ken), Bill (Eileen), Evelyn Albrecht (Jim), Tom (Lynda), Ann Savage (Joe) and Dorothy Kelley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Augsburg Lutheran Church.
