He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Neal and Mary Neal; and his brother Henry C. Neal. He is survived by: his wife Helen Tiner; his sons, Brian Neal and Kevin Neal; and his sisters, Julia Mann (Paul) and Virginia Smith. He is also survived by his wife were house parents.
