He was predeceased by: his father Willard H. Mumma. He is survived by: his mother Judith A. Warner Mumma of California; his sister MaraLee Terrian (Tom); his stepsister Julie Geiger Beltrani (Michael); his nieces, Haley Isley (Chastin), Allison and Emily Beltrani; and his great-nephews, Owen and Luke Isley.
