He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Malloy and Virginia Malloy (Lester). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Malloy; his sons, David Malloy (Shannon), Jeff Malloy (Rosemary), Perry Hall (Casey) and James Joshua Malloy (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Brooklynn, Blake, Adrieanna, Montgomery, Frankie, Allison, Brooklyn, Lila, Gwendolyn and Beckett.

He was also an avid supporter of the National Kidney Foundation and Organ Donation.
