He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Cassano and Teresa Cassano (Torello); his wife Marilyn Cassano; his siblings, Ann Bavaro, Sam Cassano, Mike Cassano and Ralph Cassano; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Becker, Sharon O'Dell, Betty Cassano, Brenda Cassano and Jim Becker; his nephew David Becker; and his nieces, Lauren D'Amico and Michelle Potts.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Cassano (Kriss) and Lisa Hetterich (Joe); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Marcie (Matt), Tony (Caroline) and Kelly; his great grandchildren, Marence, Cecilia and Maeve; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Bavaro and Donald O'Dell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
