She is survived by: her parents, Harold Worthington (Husky) and Beatrice Meek Worthington; her sister Sara Stephens (Kenny) of Vincent, Ohio; her niece Teresa Huck (Eugene) of Vincent; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lorena Huck of Navarre, Lori and Chris Auldridge; her grandchildren, Amelia, Annalise, Alora of Kula, Kim, Bill Peterman, Grant, Evan of Delaware and Whitney Huck of Marietta; her niece Gena Eichmiller (Bill) of Vincent; and her great-niece Abby of Rio Grande.
