He was predeceased by: his mother Sandy Burnett (Wallace); and his siblings, Ernie Wallace and Janet Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Linda Burnett of Fairfield, OH; his children, Kevin Burnett (Erin) of Cincinnati, OH, Michael Burnett (Mary) of Fairfield, OH, Holly Hall of Cincinnati, OH, Heather Kleete of Cincinnati, OH and Heidi Kootz of Cincinnati, OH; and his nephew Nathaniel Wallace of Bright, IN. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
