He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Menchen and Mary Menchen (Grewe); and his wife Judy Menchen. He is survived by: his sons, George B. Menchen (Robin) of Houston and Mike Menchen (Julie) of Winchester, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Heather Allen (Jesse), Megan Teismann (Nick), Evan Menchen (Jordan Menchen) and Ella Rose (Kian).
