He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Collins and Sarah Collins (Carey); his wife Freeda Collins; and his siblings, Bob, Grover and Thelma.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Collins (Nancy), Linda Schwan (late Paul), Kathie McComas (late Doug), Carol Babb (Arnie) and Shirley Radomski (Michael). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; and many other loving relatives and friends.
