He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Warthman of Lancaster and Jeremiah Christopher Warthman; his stepfather Harold Goss of Lancaster, Ohio; and his siblings, Carl Warthman (Cathy) of Hebron, Randy Warthman (Leslie) of Lewis Center, Ohio and Linda Warthman of Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
