He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jasper Leonard and Mary Martha Phillips (Rush); his wife Ruth Phillips; his children, Laura Phillips, Bob Phillips (Sue) and Missy Frazier (Scott); his grandchildren, Tim Phillips (Amanda Powers), Emily Wilson (Tim), Carrie Phillips, Sarah Phillips, Jackson Frazier and Sydney Frazier; his great grandchild Desmond Wilson; and his brothers, Robert Phillips and Leland 'Skip Phillips.
