He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lewis; his children, Debbie Lewis Meyers (Scott), Donald Lewis Jr (Jill) and David Lewis (Joanie Perin); his grandchildren, Jason Meyers (Jessica), Dustin Meyers and Chase Lewis; his stepgrandchildren, Steven May (Jessica), Jessica May Charles (Craig), Megan May and Hannah Perin; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Meyers, Ella Meyers and Emery Charles.
