He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald Chain and Shirley Glorius. He is survived by: his daughters, Maria A. Weller (Andrew), Julie A. Rieman (Patrick), Rebecca L. Fico (Neil, Sr.) and Jennifer C. Sand (Kevin); his sister Carole Fangman; and his grandchildren, Drew, Paige, Neil Jr., Tyler, Cole, Kate and Aidan.
