She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Tegge and Bernadine Tegge (Zettler); her stepfather John Tegge; and her siblings, Richard Tegge, Mary King and Jane Miskell.

She is survived by: her husband William G. Bruewer; her sister Phyllis Cox; her children, Gregg Bruewer (Chris) of Hamilton, Julie Evans (Rick) of Columbus, Joe Bruewer (Jane) of Lansing, Amy Nicholas of Washington, D. C., Jeff "JD" Bruewer (Karen) of Mason and Rebecca Bruewer (Jeff Shaffer) of Fairfield, Iowa.; and her grandchildren, Charlotte Bruewer, Michelle Cella, Sara Bruewer, Alex Shrewsberry, Nick Bruewer, Shelby Nicholas, Luke Nicholas, Romy Bruewer and Roni Bruewer. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Sacred Heart St. Vincent dePaul Society or Badin High School.
