He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Jane Amyx (Anderkin); his children, Randy Amyx (Jenny) and Marti Applegate (Bruce); his stepchildren, Kelly Fish (Keitha) and Jeffrey Fish (Kelly); his grandchildren, David Amyx, Christopher Amyx (Autumn), Tyler Applegate, Katie Braker (Eric), Jared Applegate (Allison Rhea), Keegan Fish, Korylin Fish, Kyler Burroughs, Kenton Burroughs, Andrew Fish and Samantha Fish; his great grandchildren, Landon, Arrowyn and Asher; and his siblings, Harold Amyx (Sandy) and Shirley Mangold (Edward).
