She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Duke and Verle Duke. She is survived by: her siblings, Pamela Campbell (Charles), Loretta Eisenhower and Lewis Duke II (Melissa); her nieces and nephews, Sandra Huffman (Mike), Brittany Nesbitt, Scott Campbell and Chris Eisenhower (Emily); her great-nieces, Lily Eisenhower, Skylar Huffman and Cora Nesbitt; and her pet Toby.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Stroke Recovery Foundation.
