We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 68, Connie Chambers of Fairfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Walter Carl Green. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edward Chambers; her daughters, Molly Markley (Brandon) and Megan Horstmeier (Scott); her grandchildren, Grace Markley, Micah Markley, Maria Poneris and Ava Poneris; her mother Pauline Green; and her sister Carlene Robinson (Robert).
