She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie May Tandy (Riley) and Russell Garland Tandy. She is survived by: her husband Guy J. Hefner; her children, Carolyn Jan McAllister (Dale) of Hamilton, OH and Bradley Jay Hefner of Mason, OH; her granddaughters, Marilyn Joyce Cameron (Brooke) of Nashville, TN and Nancy Jan McAllister (Matt McLain) of Susanville, CA; her great grandchildren, Griffin Allister Cameron and Lochlan Gunnar Cameron of Nashville, TN.; and her cousins, Carolyn, Marilyn and Gloria.
