Payne (Fairfield, Ohio), born in East Bernstadt, Kentucky, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Payne and Lucille Payne (Hensley); his wife Clara Mullins; and his son Donald Clyde Payne. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Vanderpool (Jon), Lee Rose, Linda Mott, Rob Payne and Randy Payne (Beth). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
