He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Sr. Glaize and Normagene Glaize (Thompson); and his brother John Glaize. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Glaize (Terry); his children, Dale Glaize (Heather), Gretchen Glaize, Deanna Blaine (Derrick), Zac Glaize (Jenny), Tyla Marcum (Doug), Rodney Vance (Holly) and Crystal Massie (Jeff); his siblings, Patty Freeman (Roger), Barbara Klingler (Bob), Nancy Bevington (Bill), Susan Glaize (Adam Moss), Bobby Glaize (Monique) and Dale Mitchell (Brenda); and his pet Lexie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
