He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Jo Mayer; his mother Jean Estep of Wise, VA; and his siblings, Linda Raper (Mel) of Neon, KY, Penney Jackson (Wayne) of Wise, VA, Robin Mathias (Warner) of Lancaster, OH and Zack Estep (Julie) of Junction City, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
