She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgie White (Holloway) and Carrel White; and her son Mark West (Mandy). She is survived by: her son Michael West (Michelle); her sister Brenda Hood (Bob) of Winchester, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley, Eric, Austin, Adam and Evan.

“I am sorry to hear of the passing of Carol. We met in grade school and remained friends for many years. In our younger days we took trips together along with Pat (McCarthy) Crowell. We were quite the trio! After many years our lives caused us to lose track of each other, but we were fortunate enough for the three of us to re-connect in our later years. Our memories of our fun times and laughs still remain in our hearts. I miss you Carol. May God bless you and your family. Jeannie Knox”
