He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Creek and Robert Haynes Keith. He is survived by: his wife Jacque; and his siblings, Imogene Cox, Irene Weber and Harold Keith (Donna).
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Homes - West Chester (8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069).
