She was predeceased by: her mother Audrey Hensley (Barger); her husband Floyd Moore; her father Carlos Hensley; her stepfather Gabe Madden; her daughter Teresa Moore; and her brother Wayne Madden.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Moore and Sandy Simpson (Richie); her siblings, Brenda Madden, Bruce Madden (Kathy), Glenna York (John) and Kenny Madden (Kim); her grandchildren, Logan, Rebecca and Ericka; and her great grandchildren, Lily and Bailee. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
