He was predeceased by: his aunt Marilyn Zimmerman; his parents, Phil Rotroff and Joanne Rotroff; his parents-in-law, Roy and Jolene Goebel; and his close friends, Don Goebel and Gary Metcalf.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his daughter Shay Irwin; his grandsons, Parker and Isaiah Lewis; his brother Dave Rotroff (Sharon); his sister-in-law Pam Guynes (Hugh); his niece Stacie Bowling (Nate); his nephews, Nick Rotroff (Ashlie) and Jeff (Jamie); his uncles, Bruce and Frank; his cousin Jeff Zimmerman (Becky); and also Charlotte Goebel.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions as small private service has been held.
