Bobby L. Lakes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby L. Lakes of Fairfield, Ohio, who passed away on March 13, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lakes and Martha Lakes; his siblings, Hazel Hooker, Frieda Holt and Ellis Lakes; and his grandson Brandon Lairmore.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Lakes (Bokeno); his children, Gregory Lakes (Kristine Morrissey), Douglas Lakes and Sharon Lakes; his grandchildren, Cody Lairmore (Danielle Johnson), Jesse Lakes (Shannon McGuire) and Nicholas Lakes (Caitlin Cheetham); and his siblings, Henry Lakes (Deborah Patton) and Shirley Brehm. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home (3950 Pleasant Ave, Hamilton, OH 45015). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests donations to Hospice of Cincinnati in lieu of flowers.
