She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore Whitaker and Estelle Whitaker; her husband Howard Franks; her son Ron Franks (Carrie); her grandson Michael Franks; and her siblings, Millie Foote, Richard, Ken and Edward Whitaker.
